These Terms and Conditions explain the basis on which you may use the ReservationHelps website and, where applicable, request or purchase travel services through us. Please read them carefully before completing a booking.

Terms governing ReservationHelps services

Review Before Booking

You are responsible for checking names, dates, routes, supplier terms and other booking details before confirming a reservation.

Supplier Conditions Apply

Airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers may impose their own fare, cancellation, baggage and service conditions.

Statutory Rights Are Preserved

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Important: These Terms should be read together with any booking confirmation, fare conditions, supplier terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and other information presented during the booking process.
01

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the ReservationHelps website, contacting us regarding travel services, or completing a booking where these Terms are incorporated into the transaction, you agree to be bound by the applicable provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not proceed with the relevant booking or service.

02

About ReservationHelps

ReservationHelps provides travel booking, travel information and travel assistance services from the United Kingdom.

Our contact details are:

  • Phone: 020 4514 6223
  • Email: support@reservationhelps.com
  • Office 400 Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, Mayfair, London, W1C 2BU, United Kingdom.
03

Our Role in Your Booking

The precise role of ReservationHelps may depend on the travel product being purchased. In some transactions, travel components may be supplied or fulfilled by independent airlines, accommodation providers, booking platforms or other travel suppliers.

Where ReservationHelps acts as an intermediary or agent, the contract for the underlying travel service may be between you and the relevant supplier.

Important: The identity of the contracting supplier and any relevant supplier conditions should be made available as part of the booking process.
04

Airline & Supplier Terms

Travel services may be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant airline, hotel, accommodation provider, tour operator or other supplier.

Supplier terms can address matters including:

  • Fare restrictions.
  • Cancellation and amendment charges.
  • Baggage allowances.
  • Check-in deadlines.
  • Seat selection.
  • Refund eligibility.
  • No-show conditions.
  • Travel credits.
  • Supplier liability.
05

Prices, Fares & Availability

Travel prices and availability can change quickly and may be affected by supplier inventory, exchange rates, taxes, fees, route conditions and other factors.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, a displayed or quoted fare is not guaranteed until the booking has been successfully confirmed and any required payment processed.

If a price or booking element changes before confirmation, you may be given the opportunity to accept the revised arrangement or not proceed.

06

Your Booking Details

You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied for a reservation is complete and accurate.

This includes checking:

  • Passenger names and spelling.
  • Dates of travel.
  • Departure and arrival airports.
  • Destinations and routing.
  • Passenger dates of birth where required.
  • Contact information.
  • Any special requirements submitted with the booking.

Costs or restrictions may apply if incorrect information later requires a booking change.

07

Payment & Service Fees

You agree to pay the amount communicated and accepted as part of the relevant booking process.

Where ReservationHelps charges a separate booking, administration or assistance fee, that fee should be disclosed before you agree to the charge.

Third-party suppliers may also impose their own taxes, charges, amendment fees, cancellation fees or other costs.

Do not send complete card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords or other sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email or website contact forms.
08

Booking Changes & Cancellations

If you ask to change or cancel a booking, the options available will depend on the relevant fare conditions, supplier terms, timing and applicable law.

Some bookings may:

  • Permit changes without charge.
  • Permit changes subject to a fee and fare difference.
  • Permit cancellation with a deduction.
  • Provide travel credit instead of cash reimbursement.
  • Be non-refundable or restricted.

You should contact ReservationHelps as early as possible if you need assistance with a booking change.

09

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable booking, fare conditions, supplier terms, reason for cancellation and any statutory rights that apply.

More detailed information is available in the ReservationHelps Refund Policy.

Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund, these Terms are not intended to remove that right.

10

Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold all documents required for your journey.

This may include:

  • A valid passport.
  • Visas or electronic travel authorisations.
  • Transit documents.
  • Health documentation where required.
  • Proof of onward travel.
  • Documentation required for children or minors.

Entry requirements may depend on nationality and personal circumstances. Travelers should check relevant official government or embassy sources before departure.

11

Package Travel, Linked Arrangements & ATOL

Some combinations of travel services may qualify as a package or linked travel arrangement under applicable UK travel law.

Where a booking is legally classified as a package or another protected arrangement, the applicable statutory protections, disclosure requirements and organiser responsibilities apply.

Flight-inclusive packages sold to UK consumers may also be subject to ATOL requirements where applicable.

Important: Do not state that a booking is ATOL protected unless the specific transaction is actually covered by an applicable ATOL arrangement and the required documentation is provided.
12

Website Use

You may use the ReservationHelps website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to the website or systems.
  • Introduce malware or harmful code.
  • Use automated tools in a way that disrupts the website.
  • Submit false or fraudulent booking information.
  • Misuse website content or intellectual property.
13

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Where travel services are provided by independent suppliers, responsibility for the operation of those services may rest with the relevant supplier, subject to the contractual and statutory framework that applies to the booking.

ReservationHelps cannot guarantee that airlines or other suppliers will not alter schedules, aircraft, routes, accommodation or other operational details.

14

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory statutory protection, the applicable law takes precedence to the extent of the conflict.

15

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to you.

Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections available under applicable law.
